Delivering quality product to you begins with the most important step: Qualifying our supplier base to make sure that what we ship to you is 100% factory original product. All of our in stock inventory was purchased from factory authorized sources and from USA based OEM's that only procure product directly from the original component manufacturer or through franchise distribution channels.
Independent Testing
We ensure 100% original components by using only 3rd party testing facilities. Distributors with in-house testing capabilities have an inherent conflict of interest. Elemental uses only trusted, independent test houses so you can be certain that what you receive is 100% authentic, original product.
Typical testing procedures include but are not limited to:
- Incoming inspection
- External visual including marking permanency and surface testing
- Device verification including data sheet and physical dimension comparisons
- X-Ray inspection
- XRF lead finish evaluation
- Die verification
- Acoustic microscopy
